La Madeleine French Bakery is an artisan bakery with several locations in Amsterdam, where we make pastries and various types of sourdough bread. Quality and taste are always our top priorities!
We make our bread and pastries without artificial additives and using only simple ingredients. This means we can tell you exactly what is in our products. For example, the bread is made with our own sourdough culture, which has been refreshed daily for 11 years.
The long rising times allow the aromas and flavors to develop naturally, and the bread is baked on a stone floor, which also creates a tasty crust.
With multiple locations in easily accessible areas of Amsterdam, we strive to enable as many people as possible to enjoy our authentic products.
Our assortment is something you must taste and experience; the flavors released with the first bite will convince you to never again purchase similar products from a supermarket, for example. Everything is made by us, and that craftsmanship is certainly reflected in our products.
This wonderful concept from La Madeleine French Bakery was conceived and developed from our existing bakery on Postjesweg in Amsterdam, Pinks Bakery.
With the opening of a second location at Noord station in the Market27 establishment and the online offering of our range, we are taking the first steps towards expansion in beautiful Amsterdam. Our products can be ordered quickly and easily via this webshop. You can then pick up your order at one of our locations, which we intend to expand rapidly.
